We have all become ourselves.

Back in the day, we were all so insecure
Back in the day, we were all so unsure
of who we were
of who we were to become
of that one being better
of this one being prettier

Now we have arrived
at that special place
where we no longer care
who is prettier
who is smarter
who is fitter

Now we know what is REALLY important in life
the love of good people
a roof over our heads
food to fill our bellies
and, breathing

Here’s to Life itself!
